These terms and conditions apply to all services and features of the 55 bd platform. To open an account on 55 bd, users must meet the following requirements:

• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• A user may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login details confidential. Allowing anyone else to use the account is strictly prohibited.
• Operating an account on behalf of an organisation or in another person's name is not permitted.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

55 bd may request a national identity card, passport, or other documents at any time for account verification. If the correct documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended. Verification may be mandatory for deposits above a certain amount or for withdrawals.

2.2 Account Closure

A user may request closure of their account at any time. 55 bd also reserves the right to close any account due to a breach of terms.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on 55 bd:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (by any method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.

• Standard withdrawal processing time is 5–30 minutes.
• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawals must generally be made using the same method used for the deposit.

55 bd offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms, but some general rules apply to all:

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000, and ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified time after claiming a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• 55 bd reserves the right to cancel a bonus if misuse or fraud related to any promotion is suspected.
• Bonuses are for personal use only — claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is not permitted.

4.3 Other Promotions

Other promotions — including weekly redeposit offers, cricket bonuses, birthday gifts, and referral rewards — each have their own specific terms. Details of each offer are published on the promotions page.

All users on 55 bd must play fairly and honestly. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using any software, bots, automation tools, or techniques to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusing bonuses collectively or through a network (bonus hunting).
• Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability on the platform. Any such incident must be reported to support immediately.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Attempting to steal or hack another user's account information.

If any such violation is proven, the account will be permanently closed and the relevant funds may be forfeited.

55 bd's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit, which is a fixed percentage of that week's net losses. Example: a Gold tier member can receive up to ৳100 cashback on ৳20,000 in net losses in a week (৳20,000 × 0.5%).

• VIP tier benefits are personal and non-transferable.
• A member may be removed from a VIP tier due to a breach of terms.
• 55 bd reserves the right to change the VIP benefits structure at any time.
